The Department Of Health And Human Services Building In Uniondale, N.y.

The Department of Health and Human Services building for Nassau County has been sold.

The sprawling, two-story building sits at 60 Charles Lindbergh Blvd. in Uniondale, taking up over 217K SF. Salus Federal Properties acquired the building from Joss Realty Partners for a reported $75.5M, Commercial Property Executive reports.

CBRE brokered both sides of the deal, which allowed Joss to pay off its $54.5M CMBS loan on the building. The loan matured in February. Meanwhile, Salus added another building occupied by a federal agency to its specialized portfolio.

Built in 1982, the office complex at 60 Charles Lindbergh is fully leased by Health and Human Services through 2036.
