Facebook has inked a deal for 200k SF at 225 Park Ave South, the city's biggest non-renewal lease so far this year.

Facebook already occupies 270k SF at Vornado's 770 Broadway, but that building is now fully leased, and the firm was rumored to be on the hunt for more space since earlier this year.

The asking rent wasn't immediately clear, but when Buzzfeed took 189k SF at the same building in 2014, it paid roughly $85/SF, the New York Post reports.

The two-building, Class-B property, owned by Orda Management, is in the midst of a major renovation that will connect the buildings with a glass stairway.

Colliers International's Robert Tunis repped Facebook, while NGKF's Brian Waterman, Brent Ozarowski, Andrew Peretz and Courtney Adham repped Orda. [NYP]
