Revealed: Tribeca’s Latest Full-Block Residential Building

The first renderings of Cape Advisors’ 12-story, 45k SF residential development at 30 Warren St are out. It’ll have about 5,600 SF of ground-floor retail and a total of 23 units. A teaser site gets into more nitty-gritty details. It’ll take up the whole block between Warren and Chambers streets on Church Street in Tribeca, a few blocks from Dune Real Estate Partners' Jenga-game-like 56 Leonard. Corcoran Sunshine’s doing marketing, and the project’s expected to deliver summer 2017. [NYY]
