160 West Street in Greenpoint: New Look

Greenpoint’s multifamily boom isn’t just about tall waterfront towers. Saddle Rock Equities’ 160 West Street will rise five stories and total 20k SF with 14 units. New interior renderings of the project appeared today on NY YIMBY. Eisner Design’s Joe Eisner is the architect, and is designing one- and two-bedroom loft-style units averaging 1,400 SF each. Some of those units will have Manhattan views—but as the area’s high-rise boom takes hold with projects like Greenpoint Landing and Commercial Street Towers, it’s not clear how long those views will last.
