Lightstone Plans 50-Story Hotel Condo in Fidi

Architecture firm Goldstein, Hill & West filed plans with the City yesterday for a 50-story hotel/residential project at 130 William St on behalf of the Lightstone Group (we snapped Lightstone chairman David Lichtenstein, above last year at our NYC Multifamily Summit). The plans call for 188 units and an unknown number of hotel rooms over 236k SF. There’ll be retail on the first and second floors with three floors of amenities above that, according to NY YIMBY. The hotel would go up to the 18th floor. Lightstone bought the existing 130 William St for $60M earlier this year. [NY YIMBY]
