From tomorrow, the public will finally be able to go beyond the construction barriers at Hudson Yards, marking the official opening of the city’s newest neighborhood.

Decades in the making, Related Cos. and Oxford Properties Group’s megadevelopment will ultimately feature 18M SF of commercial and residential space, more than 100 shops and 4,000 apartments, as well as a performing arts center and 14 acres of public green space.

Here’s a look at the businesses that have set up — or plan to set up — at the new location on Manhattan's Far West Side.

Office Tenants

10 Hudson Yards

The 1.8M SF building, reaching 895 feet, opened in 2016.

Tapestry, which owns Coach, Stuart Weitzman and Kate Spade, has the largest amount of space in the building. Coach paid $530M in 2013 for a 740K SF commercial condo there, and then completed a sale-leaseback with Allianz SE in 2017.

L’Oreal: 400K SF
Boston Consulting Group: 193K SF
Guardian Life Insurance: 148K SF, a sublease from Coach
SAP: 115K SF
VaynerMedia: 88K SF
SideWalk Labs and Intersection: 67K SF
Intercept Pharmaceuticals: 49K SF (while it waits for 85K SF at 55 Hudson Yards).

30 Hudson Yards

The 2.6M SF building reaches 1,296 feet. Featuring what will be the highest outdoor observation deck in the Western Hemisphere, the building is due to open this year and will be the second-tallest office building in the city. Oxford and Related are each planning to take space in the building, too.

WarnerMedia: The company that owns CNN, HBO, Turner Broadcasting and Warner Bros. acquired a 1.4M SF office condo at the building in 2014 and is reportedly now looking to sell and lease back the unit.

KKR & Co.: Acquired a 343K SF condo in 2015
Wells Fargo: Bought a 500K SF condo in the building in 2015
DNB: 45K SF lease

50 Hudson Yards

Spanning 2.9M SF, the building is set for an opening in 2022.

BlackRock: Signed an anchor, 850K SF deal in 2016 for this tower. While it has been the subject of many rumors for other tenants, 50 Hudson Yards is still waiting for a neighbor for the private equity giant.

55 Hudson Yards

The 1.3M SF building welcomed tenants this year.

Retail

Starting at noon Friday, The Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards will be open to the public. Along with stores and dining the center will feature culture and entertainment programming — starting with an eight-month art and design exhibition with 3D installations and murals.
