Just over two-thirds of you think AC is over as casinos like Revel, Trump Plaza, Showboat, and The Atlantic Club close faster than Don Johnson can say “Hit me.” That’s according to Bisnow’s poll of NYC and Philadelphia readers this month. The dissenters cited growing competition from Delaware, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland, and soon New York. The hopefuls spoke not of gambling but of the beach—one of the earth’s finite resources—and family-friendly options. (Forget Rickles. Can Barney play the Borgata?)
