Open-Air Upper Floors for New Meatpacking Hotel

A new 110k SF hotel developed by the Legacy Group is coming to the Meatpacking District. The hotel, at 414 West 15th St, will have 158 rooms and its 24 stories will come to 285 feet, making it one of the tallest buildings in the area. The design of the upper floors will be open-air, a change from when renderings first came out, according to NY YIMBY. It’s scheduled to open next summer. [NY YIMBY]
