UBM has been subleasing all but 40k SF and may renew, but the brokers are checking out all options for the property, the most visible in the submarket, at the LIE's Exit 33 next to North-Shore LIJ. The hospital itself occupies a large chunk of space there for administrative use. Dan and Scott also tell us Carlton plans a multimillion-dollar capital improvement program, including exterior and common area renovations, landscaping, and new elevator cabs, bathrooms and mechanical systems.
