The parties just keep coming: At Moinian's shindig at its own Atelier, here's CEO Joe Moinian flanked by SL Green president Andrew Mathias and Fried Frank partner Jonathan Mechanic.

And surrounded by sons Matthew and Mitch. Mitch has been more visible lately, but Matthew's plenty busy, too. He was project manager for construction of the W Downtown New York Hotel & Residences. Then he and Uncle Morris Moinian's Fortuna Realty Group developed the $60M Hotel Hugo at Greenwich and Spring streets, which will deliver next month. Matthew also wrapped up law school and is getting his MBA at NYU Stern night school.
