Every night this week, Invesco, Monday Properties and the NFL will bathe all four sides of 230 Park Ave in alternating Broncos and Seahawks colors. You can see the LED light show from dusk to 2am, and the building will wear the victorious team's colors on Sunday. (JLL Americas executive chairman Roger Staubach, 1972 Super Bowl MVP, predicts it'll be the Broncos, considering the city with the highest office vacancy has won 62% of the time for the past 13 years.) 230 Park's multimillion-dollar LED array includes 700 fixtures and unlimited colors.
