Former Extell Exec Anna Zarro Launches New Development Consulting Firm, Signs Ceruzzi

Former Extell Marketing Group Senior Vice President Anna Zarro has formed a long-term agreement to lead sales and marketing at two of Ceruzzi Properties’ signature developments.

Zarro’s position will be Executive in Residence, Head of Sales, Marketing and Communications, Ceruzzi announced Tuesday. She will be overseeing 1289 Lexington Ave., a new Upper East Side mixed-use development and the firm’s condominium development at 138 East 50th St. Sales at both projects are due to start next year.

“After years of working on the most inspiring projects, with the most accomplished individuals in the industry, I am excited to take on this endeavor with Ceruzzi,” Zarro said in a statement.

“The team at Ceruzzi is top-tier: dynamic, forward thinking and progressive … I’m honored to be on-board to see these extraordinary projects through, and eager to tackle future new development projects with Ceruzzi.”

Zarro, a 2018 Bisnow Power Women honoree, was most recently the director of residential sales and leasing of Extell Marketing Group, which handles sales for Extell Development. There she launched sales for projects like The Kent, One Manhattan Square and Brooklyn Point.

Zarro will continue to consult and work with Extell and other clients.

Before working at Extell, she was senior vice president of development marketing and leasing at TOWN Residential.
