Either way, Donald Trump's Trump Golf Links at Ferry Point is the most expensive municipal golf course in the US, and yet, it's located in the country's poorest congressional district. The taxpayer-funded golf course replaced a dump with sweeping greens and a killer view of the Manhattan skyline.
