Some see it as an improvement—others as salt in the wound. Either way, Donald Trump's Trump Golf Links at Ferry Point is the most expensive municipal golf course in the US, and yet, it's located in the country's poorest congressional district. The taxpayer-funded golf course replaced a dump with sweeping greens and a killer view of the Manhattan skyline. In fact, that skyline view is so arresting it slows down the rate of play because so many people stop to pose for photos, The Real Deal reports. However, right outside the course you'll find housing projects, gray warehouses and smokestacks covered in soot.
