| The social-service provider signed the 33-year lease to accommodate many of its programs, and to consolidate operations and services from multiple locations. BRC expects to complete a $15M renovation and move into the entire 12-story building by years end. The non-profit operates a continuum of 27 programs throughout NY with over 500 employees, and will add 90 more permanent employees and over 100 construction jobs with the move.
