Retailers that have been able to adapt their business strategies are enjoying continued success and attracting shoppers. Today’s customer-centric environment has led several leading department stores to reinvent themselves to match consumer demands. RIS News has released its second annual Top 10 Department Store Rankings which find Nordstrom edging out TJX Companies for the top spot.
