Chart Of The Week: Leasing Activity Continues To Accelerate

We saw over 35.4M SF of leasing activity larger than 20k SF in Q4 2015. Of that 35M-plus SF, 40.8% came from large-block activity (100k-plus SF) and just 17.1% falling below the 30k SF thresholdAccording to JLL, this development has created a “U” shape (see chart), pushing the vacancy across property sizes—especially in smaller spaces.
