CBRE Adds Top Zipcar Exec To Lead New Customized Workplace Solutions Offering

CBRE has expanded its services to include a new tech offering that aims to help clients create better workplace experiences, called CBRE 360.

Headed by former Zipcar executive Andrew Kupiec, CBRE 360 is a suite of fully customizable mobile apps that offers workplace solutions for investors and occupiers by integrating property services and amenities within a digital platform.

“Technology, demographics and rapidly evolving employee preferences are driving the transformation of the workplace. As the world’s largest commercial real estate company, CBRE is very well-positioned to guide clients through this radically changing world of work," Kupiec said in a release.

The mobile app will allow users to complete tasks such as finding and reserving a workspace, accessing concierge services and even locating colleagues in the office.

“CBRE 360 will help our clients reimagine the delivery of property services, amenities and enablement technologies to attract and retain top talent and foster collaboration and productivity,” CBRE Global Group President Mike Lafitte said in a release.

The new service will draw on the company’s knowledge in workplace strategy, occupancy planning, design, build-out and property and facilities management capabilities in addition to leveraging CBRE’s experience with its Workplace360 program, which launched in 2013 and aims to provide employees with offices that encourage flexible, tech-enabled spaces that facilitate collaboration.
