Billionaire Jorge Perez Anxious To Hand Over Reins To His Sons

Miami’s "condo king" is hoping to pass the reins of his Related Group dynasty to his sons in a few years.

Now 66 years old, Jorge Perez said he plans on turning the company over once his sons—Jon Paul, 31, and Nicholas, 28—work their way up in the company. “I can…(be) a true chairman of the company and do some of the things I want to do,” Jorge says. A few of those things include more traveling, supporting philanthropic efforts and curating his art collection, Bloomberg reports.
