New Study Shows Americans Are Most Satisfied Living In This City Above All Others

Apparently everyone should move to Raleigh.

It tops a new study conducted by Adobo to find out where people are most satisfied with their rental units and where they are not so satisfied.

Raleigh, N.c.

While price does play a factor in determining how renters feel about the area in which they live, the data showed that many other items can play a role in tenant perception. The study looked at a number of indicators in two main categories — neighborhood and home. With a score of 275 out of 300, Raleigh, North Carolina, came out as the top ranked city overall, followed by Kansas City, Missouri, with 232 points.

Raleigh was at the top of the list in almost all of the categories with the exception of public transportation, an area that garnered only 40.7% of renter satisfaction.

It also came in second place for highest home satisfaction score with Miami taking the lead in that category despite being known for its high rent.
