NY Asset Manager Raises $1.1B For Future Multifamily Investments

NY-based asset manager Bridge Investment Group Partners has raised $1.1B in equity commitments for its multifamily and commercial office strategy, established last year as part of its Bridge IGP family of funds.

Last year, the firm raised more than $450M in equity for the investment strategy—which already has been put toward 32 assets in the existing nationally diversified portfolio. With the new commitments in tow, Bridge IGP will continue to invest in value-add multifamily properties, both housing and commercial, the company announced this week.

The company oversees roughly 32,700 multifamily units, totaling about 2.6M SF—at present it has $6.7B assets under management.
