Multifamily Revolution?

Bobby Turner is no pie-in-the-sky dreamer. Until last year, he was the longtime CEO of Canyon Capital Realty Advisers, a $12B national real estate platform. Now he's created a new company he believes can do more social good, and at the same time get better risk-adjusted returns, than traditional multifamily. Which is why we're excited he'll be the opening keynote of our annual Bisnow National Multifamily Conference this Thursday in DC. (More info.)

Bobby's on track to having $1B under management soon and already has acquired 599 units in District Heights, MD, and 400 units in Florida.

He's also partnered with Andre Agassi developing charter schools across the country, on the same double bottom line principles…

…and brings to a regular standing-room-only lecture series he does at his alma mater Wharton some of his friends like Ashton Kutcher

…and rap star Ludacris to talk about how to change the world—and make money in the process. That's the only way he feels social reform efforts will be sustainable in the long-run. Please join us on Thursday to hear Bobby, and other multifamily mega-stars we have on tap at our annual Bisnow national multifamily conference.
