Phoenix-based Alliance Residential Co is still on track to develop its apartment project at the University of Colorado Hospital redevelopment, sources tell us. (Interesting, they're on track to redevelop just in time for ski season.) The company has been in talks with Lionstone Group for a parcel of its portion of the 28-acre redevelopment. Alliance plans to build a 325-unit apartment complex there. The closing is expected soon.
