Nick Amin—the former operator of Atlanta's Beverly Hills Inn—and a partner recently purchased 380 14th St, a 20k SF former church, which they may turn into a hotel (they've applied for a permit from the City of Atlanta for the conversion... as a bonus, they wouldn't have to purchase new Bibles for the nightstand.) It could also remain a special use like a church, Nick tells us, but he expects to have a solid direction within 90 days. Nick sold off Beverly Hills Inn (considered one of America's most haunted hotels, according to Shermans Travel) last year.
