Keith Yandell
Keith is a trial, class action and employment attorney in Allen Matkins' San Francisco office. His
diverse practice involves litigation in multiple mortgage origination, labor and employment, title
insurance, and real estate cases. One of his most prominent wins came in a breach of fiduciary duty,
fraud, and non-disclosure action arising out of his clients' purchase of real property, which resulted
in a unanimous jury verdict and seven-figure compensatory damage award. This verdict was
named one of The Recorder's Top California Verdicts of 2011. Keith has also successfully litigated
numerous class actions alleging violation of RESPA, TILA, and wage and hour laws. His many
pro bono victories include assisting a non-profit organization to retrieve money that an employee
embezzled and helping immigrants obtain asylum.
Keith has co-authored chapters in California Trial Objections, an article in 2003 titled "Discovery
of Pathology Evidence, a Primer, for the Defense," and articles in the UCLA Journal of Law and
Technology. In 2012, Keith was named a Northern California Super Lawyers "Rising Star."
Keith earned his J.D. at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law where he was
on the Board of the UCLA Journal of Law and Technology. He graduated from the University of
California, Davis with highest honors in both political science and American studies.

Sarah Rosen is the human resources leader for Arup in San Francisco, managing the HR teams and delivery of programs for the San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, Los Angeles and Houston offices. Sarah is responsible for employee relations, talent management, and resourcing in her respective locations and serves as HR advisor to Arup's Regional Practice Leadership.
