CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners senior director Susan Gwin Burks is an icon among Dallas brokers. The investment sales guru's current project: a 317k SF portfolio disposition which includes a historic landmark property in Fort Worth, a municipal complex in a nearby suburb, and several office complexes in the DFW area as well as diverse land projects.
