People On The Move: These Industry Leaders Have Made Big Moves At Top CRE Firms

From CBRE to NGKF, these industry leaders have moved up in rank or transitioned firms this month. This is the second People on the Move installment Bisnow has brought you this month. Check out the first here, and see which execs and brokers have made moves within the past few weeks next.

Jeanette Ambrosio Gaede, Transwestern Capital Market Team VP

Jeanette Ambrosio Gaede was brought aboard Houston-based Transwestern this month as the capital market team's VP in Boston. The leadership change took effect Sept. 20.

Jeanette came to Transwestern from Colliers International where she served as an assistant VP and focused primarily on debt and equity financing.

John D. Busi, NGKF Valuation And Advisory Lead

John D. Busi joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank early this month to lead the firm's valuation and advisory division.

Prior to joining NGKF, John served as the president of valuation and advisory and global practice lead at Cushman & Wakefield. He worked there for 35 years and has developed a reputation as one of the most respected figures in property valuation globally.

Chris Murray, CBRE Workplace Americas Senior Directing Manager

Chris Murray, an industry expert known for his work in the real estate program at Johns Hopkins University, has been appointed senior directing manager of CBRE Workplace, and will lead the team’s law firm practice in the Americas.

Chris transitioned from JLL, where he served as part of the firm's law firm group and prior to that he was a principal with Gensler.

James Flynn, Hunt Mortgage Group President

As of last week, James Flynn was named president of Hunt Mortgage Group.

He'd been responsible for overseeing day-to-day business activity as Hunt’s executive managing director and CIO. He will retain the latter title.
