Fiserv Build-To-Suit?

Could one of those big tenants be Fiserv? We first reported here that Fiserv is considering consolidating its Atlanta office operations somewhere in the metro with a chance that it could leave its wooded enclave in Peachtree Corners. And rumors suggest the Wisconsin-based company (formerly Checkfree) could consolidate offices from other states into Atlanta as well, adding jobs to the market. (It also cuts down on inter-office faxing.) Sources indicate the firm is considering a build-to-suit campus along the Georgia 400 corridor, one that could encompass up to 500k SF.
