Colliers Scores in Midland, Texas

A month ago,Energy Related Properties and Wexford Capital announced the 990k SF mixed-use Energy Tower at City Center in Midland, Texas. Today: Colliers' Houston prez Pat Duffy tells us his team has pre-leasing interest in half of the 560k SF office portion. The building breaks ground Q1 '14 and delivers in 2016. Colliers just won the leasing gig, leading to a high-five between its director of US brokerage services Jodie Poirier from Boston and Jeff Oram out of Parsippany, NJ. We snapped them last night in Manhattan's Sea Fire Grill, where Colliers wrapped its annual East region meeting.
