CBRE Announces New Combined Service Platform for Freddie Mac

CBRE is launching a new national combined services platform that will connect lenders to appraisals and due diligence reports as a part of the Freddie small balance loan service offering, the company announced today. The new platform aims to act as a more efficient single contact point for Freddie Mac approved lenders, where they can schedule, coordinate and deliver reports. With the 2014 IVI International acquisition, CBRE additionally offers municipal and zoning reports. "Providing lenders with one point of contact and streamlining this due diligence process is a huge benefit," IVI Assessment Services director Randall Ward says. CBRE joined the Freddie Mac SBL Program this past April.
