Plans Call For 400 Apartments At First Tennessee Park

Chris and Tim Ward, sons of a co-owner of the Nashville Sounds, are planning 400 apartments in three buildings at First Tennessee Park. Each of the buildings will be six stories, and contain 25k SF of retail at street level. Construction will begin in the fall, with completion in spring 2018, the Nashville Business Journal reports. Hastings Architecture Associates designed the buildings. [NBJ]
