New Multifamily Planned In Woodbine Area

Woodbine Park LLC acquired a former lumber yard site just north of Coleman Park off Nolensville Pike, and is planning a 92-unit apartment development. It's the latest planned development for the Woodbine area, which is also seeing retail development, according to the Tennessean.

The development group, which bought the site at 311 Carter St from local investors, hasn't determined whether the 92 units would be apartments or condos. NorthStar Real Estate Advisors' Chad Tuck repped the selling general partnership. [Tennessean]
