Another hotel for greater Nashville, but not in SoBro: a 115-room, high-end Hilton Curio will be part of the Harpeth Square mixed-use development in historic Downtown Franklin. Construction on the property could start early next year, and besides the hotel, it will include 150 apartments (that might be condos later), 15k SF of retail that includes a restaurant, and a 600-space parking garage.
