Dream Hotel Group
Another week, another hotel for Nashville. Dream Hotel Group has started work on Dream Nashville at 206-212 Fourth Ave N (pictured is Dream's property in Thailand; the Nashville property is unlikely to sport palm trees). The hotel, a luxury brand, will have 169 rooms and be part of the redevelopment of iconic buildings in Printers Row undertaken by developer Alex Marks, the Nashville Business Journal reports.
NY-based Dream Hotel Group is rolling out a number of new hotels. Nashville is among them, along with properties in Qatar, Dallas, Hollywood, CA, and two in New York City. The company already has hotels in New York, Thailand and Miami, among other places. [NBJ]
