While there were no reports of mechanical bull-riding, the TREC's Young Guns hosted “A Spotlight on Southern Dallas” forum at Gilley’s; Panera’s Terrance Maiden (whom we snapped with 5G’s Wade Lowe and Jake Fields) spoke on revitalizing the region. 5G is the design architect for the $346M Dallas Convention Center hotel, which broke ground in September and is targeted for 2012.
