WeWork Hits West Hollywood

The RedBuilding at West Hollywood's Pacific Design Center is getting WeWork.

The co-working company has leased the entire seventh and eighth floors of the RedBuilding, at 750 San Vicente Blvd., for a total of 70K SF, according to Pacific Design Center owner Cohen Brothers Realty Corp. CEO Charles Cohen.

WeWork joins other tenants in the building, including New York-based Digital Brand Architects, Grindr, Clique Media, Criteria Corp and Abrams Artists Agency, which recently expanded its long-term lease by 11K SF and occupies the entire 11th floor.

WeWork also has leased 100K SF in a New York property owned by Cohen at 135 East 57th St.

WeWork now has 16 offices in LA, including the RedBuilding.
