The Jordan Brand, a Nike product named for Michael Jordan, will soon open a flagship store in the historic Schaber's Cafeteria building at 620 South Broadway in DTLA.

A proposed 19K SF facility would feature a rooftop basketball court, retail and training areas, Urbanize LA reports.

The reno project by McCall Design Group includes plans to preserve the building's character and façade. The three-story building dates back to the late 1920s.

Another shoe brand, Footaction with a Nike Kicks Lounge, recently set up shop at 749 South Broadway.
