The Newmark Grubb Knight Frank team in LA hit it out of the park in 2014, closing more than 120 deals valued at a total of nearly $500M. Managing director Steve Kolsky tells us among the 2.8M SF of deals his team closed last year, repping NeueHouse in the 93k SF lease that brought the NY private membership collaborative concept to Kilroy's Columbia Square in Hollywood certainly sticks out. The 15-year deal was, at the time, the largest lease to be signed in Hollywood in more than five years. Here is Steve (bottom right) with team members Mike Arnold, Tana Craighead, J.J.
