Lyft To Open Office In The Arts District

Lyft is eyeing an expansion into LA's Arts District.

The ride-sharing service plans to open a "Lyft Hub" in a 5K SF space at 662 South Santa Fe Ave., LA Downtown News reports.

The location will serve as a meeting place for Lyft drivers and house a lounge where drivers can hang out between gigs. Training will also take place there.

A Lyft Hub opened in San Francisco last year.

The LA location is expected to open this summer.
