1800 Vine, just north of the Capitol Records building in Hollywood, is being overhauled.
A new design by Rios Clementi Hale Studios will add around 20k SF of outdoor space to the building, Urbanize LA reports.
Beverly Hills' Archway Holdings Corp plans to make the four-story building at 1800 North Vine St into more than 60k SF of Class-A leasable office space on three levels.
There will also be a 3D theater and a parking garage.
A new rooftop garden and first-floor amenity deck are also slated to be part of the project. [ULA]
