A new three-story luxury development at 6944 Knowlton Place not far from LAX just broke ground.
The 45k SF Knowlton Luxury Residences will have 36 one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 700 to 1,500 SF.
Arcaforma and Studio H2O are designing the building. Strategic Legacy Investment Group is the developer.
Amenities will include a gym, a rooftop bar and a swimming pool with "an artistic European design," according to Curbed.
