Congrats to the three newest deals in REBNY’s hall of fame. Last night, seven brokers were honored with three coveted awards for their ingenious dealmaking. The first-place Henry Hart Rice Awardwent to Cushman & Wakefield’s Tara Stacom and Michael Rotchford for leasing the “white elephant” One World Trade Center. The second-place Robert T. Lawrence Award went to CBRE’s Mary Ann Tighe and Gregory Tosko for Condé Nast’s 1M SF lease, also at One WTC. And the third-place Edward S. Gordon Award went to Darcy Stacom, Bill Shanahan, and Paul Gillen for the $416M sale of the 670k SF Two Gotham Center in Long Island City.
