Related California began leasing for The Emerson, a 216-unit luxury apartment community in Downtown LA. The 20-story tower, part of the first phase of the Grand Avenue redevelopment, is in Downtown's "cultural core," within walking distance to fun spots like The Museum of Contemporary Art, Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, Walt Disney Concert Hall, and Grand Park.
