Circa in DTLA just celebrated its topping off.

More than 600 people from the construction team were at the event, which included raising a 25-foot fir tree, a symbolic gesture to reflect the project reaching its highest structural point.

The $500M mixed-use project, at 1200 South Figueroa St., will include one- and two-bedroom units and penthouses, ranging from 700 to 4k SF.

The rents will range from $3K to $25K/month, Urbanize LA reports.

Amenities include a round lounge pool with private cabanas, a sun deck and multiple barbecue stations with private open-air dining areas, two dog parks, a fitness building equipped with a lap pool and indoor and outdoor Pilates/yoga facilities.

Circa also has a clubhouse with an indoor bar and a dozen event screens, a private chef’s kitchen and dining room, a business center and a library-wine bar.

Circa had its groundbreaking two years ago.

Jamison Services, Hankey Investment Co., Falcon California Investments and Highlands Capital have ownership in the property.

The project's consultants include the general contractor, LendleaseWilshire Construction, serving as the construction management firm; project architect Harley Ellis Devereaux and interior architect HansonLA.

Cary Kopczynski & Co. is also part of the design and engineering team.
