Jamison Services is aiming to build another mixed-use development in Koreatown.
It has filed plans with the city to build two, 23-story high-rise buildings that would include 760 units above approximately 6,400 SF of retail on the ground level, Urbanize LA reports.
The 7th Street side of the property, now a parking lot, would have to be rezoned to accommodate the project.
The project would be built near the Wilshire Financial Tower at 3600 Wilshire Blvd.
Jamison Services broke ground in Koreatown in March for a new mixed-use development at 3060 West Olympic Blvd. It is being designed by KTGY Group and will have 226 one- and two-bedroom apartments. [ULA]
