A new mixed-use development, the Hudson, is transforming Walnut Street and Hudson Avenue in Pasadena's Playhouse District.

Greystar Real Estate Partners is building the project, which will feature 91 studio, one- and two-bedroom units over ground-floor retail.

The buildings will range from three to five stories, and each apartment will have high ceilings, walk-in closets and stainless steel appliances, Urbanize LA reports.

The Hudson, designed by Togawa Smith Martin, is halfway done.

Greystar Real Estate is also building another mixed-use project nearby at Walnut Street and El Molino Avenue that will offer 82 units. [ULA]
