There is a new mixed-use development being proposed in San Pedro.

Omninet Capital is proposing the project, which would take up 2.5 acres at 550-560 South Palos Verdes St. Nadel Architects drafted the elevation plans, Urbanize LA reports.

The six-story structure would have 404 residential units over 5,200 SF of ground-floor retail space.

There would be studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units with a recreation room, courtyards and a roof terrace among the amenities. [ULA]
