The City Project
A new mixed-use development may be coming to the area near the LA River, which got a revitalization boost from the state last year.
The proposed Lincoln Heights complex at 3433 N Pasadena Ave would renovate warehouses on the five-acre site. Plans for the project were recently filed with the city and also include building 410 residential units, 10k SF of retail space and 30k SF of creative office space, according to Urbanize LA.
A similar development is being planned nearby at Gold Line's Lincoln Heights/Cypress Park Station. [ULA]
