Plans Revealed For Mid-Wilshire Tower

A high-rise planned at 6401 Wilshire Blvd, known as the Wilshire & La Jolla Tower, has received the PCBC Grand Award for Best On-the-Boards Mixed-Use Project.

Steinberg Architects is designing the development—a 15-story building with 90 apartments.

There will be 5,100 SF of ground-floor retail space and a four-level parking garage, according to Curbed.

Renderings show projecting windows, and there will be outdoor amenities and a skydeck.
