A new mixed-use project is taking shape in Long Beach.
The seven-story Oceanaire development, near the corner of Ocean and Pine avenues, had its groundbreaking last week in downtown Long Beach.
The project, designed by Togawa Smith Martin, will consist of 216 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units, Longbeachize reports.
There will also be a swimming pool, a fitness center, a clubhouse, a performance space and an art gallery, Urbanize LA reports.
The project is expected to be completed in 2020.
Another residential development, the Current, opened at 707 East Ocean Blvd earlier this year. [ULA]
