Planned Mixed-Use Development Headed To MacArthur Park

A proposed mixed-use development could be headed to MacArthur Park.

Datum Development is developing the six-story building at 2972 W 7th St, which would have 180 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments.

Plans call for 15k SF of ground-floor commercial space and a garage for up to 206 vehicles and 214 bicycles, according to Urbanize LA.

The project would be built on a 1.2 acres that currently house a 28k SF commercial building and a surface parking lot. Koreatown-based Archeon Group is handling the design for the project, which is different from one proposed last year. [ULA]
